When you express and talk about your feelings, it helps you understand how you really feel and what you truly want. It is also important to release your emotions by communicating in a safe space with someone you trust, who can hold the energy of love and compassion for you by listening. You can also journal your thoughts and feelings. Once you are clear about what you feel, step forward and speak out from your heart. Allow the truth of your being to be heard. Bring your truth to the light of day. You are a natural teacher and leader. You have the gift and ability to heal and empower others through your words. This is not the time to hold back. Stand tall and speak out from the depths of your soul. Take a risk. Remember to tell the people that you love, that you love them. Trust that it will be okay. No matter what your current situation may look like, rest assured it will be over soon, and you’ll be just fine. Breathe deeply, and learn the lessons that will only make you stronger.
