Pray more, worry less! Prayer helps whatever situation you are praying about, because it gives God and the Angels permission to offer assistance. They cannot intercede without it, because it would violate your free will. Your prayers may be answered differently than you expect, but in a much better way than you can presently imagine. Your role is to ask and then follow the guidance you are given, even if it doesn’t seem to make sense at the time. Release the hows to Heaven.
