Stay in the present moment. This is where life lives. Release any issues or concerns about your Family. This can be your personal family here on Earth, your Star Family who loves you deeply and is always watching over you from the higher realms, your Higher Self, Twin Flame or the world, where in the true reality we are all connected and are all family. Release your worries as worries are fear based and as such lower your frequency and only create more fear, anxiety and more to worry about. Use the tool of prayer which transmutes fear into faith into love. Send love to all. Love is the most powerful prayer.

Send Love To Your Mother – By Star West ★

This is a gentle reminder to be present and grounded in your body in the here and now. It is easy to get caught up in the past and relive old memories, or project into the future. This distracts you from living your life fully in the moment. If you are feeling like you are stuck in a recurring bad dream, it could be due to some old unhealed emotions that need your forgiveness in order to be healed and released. Forgiveness not only releases the other person, it also releases you. It is healing, purifying, and detoxifying. Continuing on yesterday’s theme of forgiving your Parents, there may be some more healing work to do concerning your Mother. Send her love and compassion and accept that she did the best she could at the time. It is also helpful to send love to her Mother and all Mothers everywhere. Healing your perception of your Mother can have a profound healing effect on your life. It opens your heart to receive and reconnects you to the truth of your being. This allows the Divine to flow to and through you.

Before you can make any outward changes in your life and in the world, you (and me) must begin by going within and accepting ourselves just as we are in this present moment. The message from the Angels is this:  “You are much too hard on yourself!”  Self-love and forgiveness are needed. If you berate yourself, your spirit will sink and you will feel disempowered. If you want to improve, be positive. If you could see yourself from Heaven’s eyes for just a moment, you would be blown away. They see a magnificent Being of pure and perfect love. We have all forgotten who we are and why we are here. It is time to remember. Be still and go within. It is there the answers lie. You will recognize them by the “Angel bumps” you may feel on your skin, or by the way you resonate with them in the depths of your soul. Follow the guidance you receive and be open to all the new opportunities that are coming to you once you do.

Remember Love. It is who you are. It has the answers that you seek. Love is the most powerful force in the Universe(s). It is the power that has created worlds. Can it not also heal you and what you may think are insurmountable problems?  If you think the words, “love is all you need” are just a cute hippie slogan, think again.  You are here to remember and teach others about love in whatever form that may be. Take your life to the next level by exercising your physical body. Exercise helps you breathe more deeply which helps you stay in the present moment and release stress. You may also receive inspiration and answers to your questions. Even though you may feel too tired or too busy, exercise gives you more energy and helps you feel renewed. As a sensitive person, you easily pick up the energies of others and sometimes it is hard to tell what is yours and what comes from other people. Either way, it is important to breathe out any stress you are feeling.
