Release fear and choose love. Love yourself and see the love in others. Angry and mean people are really afraid, and they need more love. Love heals all and will keep you strong. Keep it simple. Don’t overthink or make things too complicated. Clear your external space as well, declutter. If you have been trying too hard, let go. Focus on the basic parts, and the rest will fall into place.
