Release fear and all that no longer is working for you. You are walking through a gate into a new life. You are safe and your future is bright. Physical exercise is needed now. It helps to release old energy, it reduces stress, fear, and anxiety, and it improves every area of your life. If you can exercise outside, even better. Today would be good.

Prayer shifts you from fear to faith to love. If you are feeling stuck, discouraged, or worried, pray and surrender your concerns to Heaven. Release your feelings. Ask for Divine Intervention and miracles. A miracle is a shift in your perception from fear to love. Worrying attracts more for you to worry about. Pray as soon as you find yourself in a worry state. Follow any guidance you receive. Notice signs, feelings, and ideas that come to you. You are stronger than you think. Do not allow yourself to wallow in any feelings of victimhood or discouragement. Call upon God’s strength to lift you up. This card may also mean that it is a good time for you to develop your physical strength as well. Look for the blessings, gifts, and lessons within your present situation. Focus on gratitude and optimism. Optimism is a form of faith. It needs to be cultivated through daily practice. Exercise your optimism muscles.  Your positive thoughts in this moment create your future.

The more good you can see in your life and in your present situation, the more good you will attract to you. Optimism is a form of faith and trust in God. You can pray: “Dear God, please let me see this situation from your eyes.”  Your current situation is rooted in your feelings towards your mother. Your first thoughts and feelings are what need to be addressed and healed. As you realize that she did the best she could, and see her with compassion, you heal in profound ways. Ask Mother Mary for assistance in releasing any old or heavy emotion connected with your mother so that you can move forward in joy, love, and peace. Be honest with yourself and others. Sometimes you or others aren’t honest because of fear or lack, that there won’t be anything better. There is a need for greater honesty in order to resolve and heal your present situation.
