With the huge influx of light from the recent Equinox, most likely old feelings are coming up to be released. It is important to not judge yourself but to love yourself instead. Remember you are releasing lifetimes upon lifetimes upon lifetimes of negativity, fear, and karma. The more you can release them, the more you can receive the light and the love that is here for you now. Although these feelings feel so real, they are not who you are. Let them go with love, and thank them for bringing you this far. Bid them farewell and transmute them into love. Take some time to relax and surround yourself with things that nurture you. It is natural to feel tired from all this heavy lifting. Sleep if you need to. Be in solitude and peace. This too shall pass. And when it does you will feel lighter and more energized to create the life of your dreams.

Gratitude dissolves sadness and negativity, and gives you more to be grateful for. Send gratitude in advance for the wonderful things that are coming into your life as the energy continues to rise, and the Planet shifts and transforms. It is an amazing time to be alive and you volunteered to be here now during Earth’s Ascension. You are not alone. There are millions just like you who share your Divine Purpose and are having similar feelings and experiences. Ask your Angels to send them to you. And there has never been a time where spiritual help is more abundant. Remember to ask. Your team of Angels and guides are standing by waiting for your request. Know that you play an essential role in the Divine Plan of lifting the frequency of love and transforming the Planet into light. Release the past and any old pain that you may have absorbed from your family of origin. Forgive them all. They were doing the best that they could at the time.

Give Yourself A Break – By Star West ★

What you are wanting will manifest after you release yourself from the inability to forgive. Forgive yourself for not being able to forgive someone else! Even if it was their fault, and you feel completely justified in your anger, it is hurting and blocking you from manifesting what you want. Release any victim thoughts, and take back your power. Go outside and ask the fairies and the spirit of nature and Mother Earth to clear your mind, body, and emotions of all lower energy. Release and detoxify yourself of all negativity from the past in this present now.  In order for things to move forward, you need to take some action. If there’s something you’ve been putting off, do it now and get it done. If you’re not sure what action to take, get quiet, go within and ask your heart. Afterwards, be sure to give yourself some time off and a break. Not only do you need it, you deserve it.
