With the huge influx of light from the recent Equinox, most likely old feelings are coming up to be released. It is important to not judge yourself but to love yourself instead. Remember you are releasing lifetimes upon lifetimes upon lifetimes of negativity, fear, and karma. The more you can release them, the more you can receive the light and the love that is here for you now. Although these feelings feel so real, they are not who you are. Let them go with love, and thank them for bringing you this far. Bid them farewell and transmute them into love. Take some time to relax and surround yourself with things that nurture you. It is natural to feel tired from all this heavy lifting. Sleep if you need to. Be in solitude and peace. This too shall pass. And when it does you will feel lighter and more energized to create the life of your dreams.

Know that you have incarnated for a very special purpose at a crucial stage in Earth’s evolution. You are here to help Earth and all of Humanity transition into the next level of light, thus ensuring the survival of all. Yes, you are special and you do matter. You brought lifetimes of healing gifts in with you. These may manifest in many different forms. For some, this could include bodywork and the healing through your hands. For all this includes the powerful healing that your thoughts hold. As your nature is to give, it is important for you to also receive, and take excellent care of your body. Take some time for exercise and receiving healing treatments as well. Giving and receiving become one when you allow the flow of both. There are many ways to teach. Trust that you are more than qualified, as you have done this for lifetimes. Know that you are backed up and fully supported by all of Heaven. As you step more fully into your role as a teacher and follow your heart and the calling of your soul, all of your needs will be abundantly supplied and you shall want no more.
