Today’s main message is compassion. Begin by giving compassion first to yourself. Forgive yourself so that you can move forward. Extend this out to others. Even the strongest person needs love and compassion. And the meanest people need it the most! This message is a reminder to you of your power. How you feel, think and act affects everyone and everything around you. Detach and see the bigger picture. Be sure to treat yourself and everyone today with extra compassion. Give what you want to receive.

Detach and let go of stress. You may have been picking up stress from others and internalizing it as your own. Breathe it out and let it go. Exercising is an important way to release stress from your body. Next, focus on things that make you happy. Focus on what you want and not on what you don’t. You are being reminded of the Law of Attraction. Whatever you think and focus on will manifest into your reality. Your thoughts are powerful, so choose them wisely. Remember to pray and think positively, because negative thoughts and words can actually block you from living your purpose and dreams.
