Do you need a time out from someone, or are you avoiding and giving them the silent treatment? In either case, a truce is needed followed by reconciliation and healing.

Today’s Message 3/14/22

As the energies continue to rise, and more and more truth comes out, there will be shock, grief, and trauma to process both on a personal and Collective level. For many, this will feel like a Dark Night of the Soul, as both personal and Collective unhealed past trauma come up to be released and healed. Hold your Light on High. Be generous with your love, gifts, knowledge, and compassion. Be the Calm in the Storm. Once the storm passes and settles, the view will be breathtaking and Love will rule again. Your Time has come.

Go Within and Do the Work

As we approach the Winter Solstice, take some time to reflect. Go within to see what shadows and subconscious energies you are holding onto. Balance and integrate all parts of yourself, light and dark, masculine and feminine. Where are you in resistance and what do you need to release? Any and all work that you do on yourself will quickly manifest into form. It is an optimum time for self reflection and inner growth.

Time To Heal

It is time and it is safe to heal your heart 💚 and emotional body of all past pain and trauma. Be gentle, kind, compassionate, and loving with yourself. Forgive yourself and others for everything. It is the way.💚

Graduation Time

Today’s Message:
Graduation time!
We are at the end of a long 26,000 year cycle as our Planet is evolving from 3D to 5D. In order to make this shift, we must go through the “Eye of the Needle” and release everything that is not of love.This includes old pain and patterns, trauma, childhood pain, and ego. This will involve forgiveness, surrender, and willingness. As you set this intention, the Universe will send you opportunities to trigger past pain. If you can stay present, neutral, aware, take some deep breaths and not react, you can shift and heal the past in the present moment. This doesn’t involve years of psychotherapy, it just requires a moment of your awareness and willingness to surrender and forgive.
As you practice this, it will heal you and bring all parts of you back into Balance and Alignment. As you heal, the Whole Planet heals. Your healing is a necessity! Now is the time.

Reach For the Stars 🌠

This is an optimal time for manifesting your dreams, both personally and Globally. Create a conscious plan. Keep your thoughts aligned with action. Stay grounded and step out of your comfort zone. This is not a time to take the path of least resistance. Choose the Higher road. Shine a light on and release old trauma and negative thoughts that hold you hostage. Release self criticism and judgement towards yourself and others. Balance self care with love and support for those around you. Set healthy boundaries. Listen to your heart and intuition. We are living in a Magical and unprecedented time of Ascension, growth and purpose where anything is possible. Take back your Power! Shine the Divine Light of your Higher Self and help create Heaven on Earth. That is why you’re here. Reach for the Stars, for that is where you will find your Highest Self.

For some of us, this may not be the best time to make a major life change. Perhaps there is something more to learn right where you are. Look within to see what changes you need to make and what patterns you need to transmute first, otherwise you’ll continue to repeat them somewhere else. Balance is needed now. Balance work and play, giving and receiving, alone time with getting out with others. Set boundaries, but be flexible. Imbalances are often related to beliefs and deep seated subconscious emotional issues that need to be healed and released. Be gentle with yourself. This is a time of massive healing for you and the entire Planet. You are releasing lifetimes of unhealed and core wounds and trauma. Once you find balance and heal and release Old Ancient wounds, you will be freer and more empowered to Manifest your Dreams, Co-create with your Higher Self, and step more fully into your Divine Life Purpose.

Step Into Your Heart

It is time to take the next step and shift into a  Higher level in your Healing work. You have been doing powerful work in healing yourself and healing others.
