This message emphasizes the need to balance your energy between giving and receiving, masculinity and femininity, working and being with those you love. Recommit to loving yourself and others. Open your heart and allow yourself to be authentic and vulnerable. Be willing to welcome new love into your life.  Continue working on forgiveness. It is a process. If you are feeling stuck, it is likely due to some unforgiveness that you are still carrying. Forgiveness is purifying and detoxifying, and allows you to move forward. Be sure to love and forgive yourself for anything you have done or haven’t done. You can call upon Mother Mary for help in releasing old emotional burdens: “Dear Mother Mary, thank you for putting your healing hands upon my heart and mind, to draw out the darkness of my judgements, blame, and anger towards myself and others. Please help me to see myself and all others as you do and be purified in my perceptions.” Amen.

Your inner child is calling out for attention! Perhaps you’ve been working too hard or giving too much. Or, you’ve been critical of yourself lately.  Maybe, someone else is being critical of you. This part of yourself may feel depressed  and neglected. Take some time to nurture yourself, play, and allow yourself to receive.  Love and forgive yourself and others.

Focus on only what you want to experience, not on what you don’t. Your thoughts create your reality, so choose them wisely. There are no neutral thoughts. Also, give what you want to receive. If you want to experience more love, then give more love. It is so simple in theory! Stay focused and practice.

You are on the right path and exactly where you need to be right now. All the pieces are coming together and the timing is perfect for whatever you are intending. Follow the guidance you are given and take action. Take the next step and the Universe will help you.
