This is a message about nurturing you inner and outer child. If you have been all work and no play, it’s time to take a break. If you have been self critical, your inner child may be feeling sad and depressed. Forgive yourself and release any feelings of guilt. Mistakes are a gift to learn from and grow. They also teach you compassion for others who may be feeling the same way. As you let go of your own self destructive guilt, you can then teach them how to let go of theirs. Release fear and choose love. Love yourself and see the love in others. Angry and mean people are really afraid, and they need more love. Love heals all and will keep you strong. Keep it simple. Don’t overthink or make things too complicated. Clear your external space as well, declutter. If you have been trying too hard, let go. Focus on the basic parts, and the rest will fall into place. Connect to the pure, simple, and present energy of children. Reassure your inner and outer children that they are loved right now.
