The message here is about being in balance with giving and receiving. To receive, sometimes you must first give. Give the love you want to receive. If you are over-giving, ask for help when you need it and graciously receive it. If you are on the receiving end, be sure to also balance your energy with giving. Balance inner parts of yourself, the masculine-taking action, with the feminine-receiving through intuition. Remember to breathe-inhale and exhale. One way your invisible team in spirit, Angels, Guides, and Higher Self, communicate with you is through signs which can include: seeing repetitive numbers, feathers, coins, synchronicity, and music. These are to let you know that you are never alone, forgotten, or abandoned. They are nearby, protecting, loving, and guiding you. Notice the signs they are sending you. All life is energy. If you are reading this, you are very sensitive to energy. It is important to clear your energy, internally as well as the space around you. Be sure to shield yourself with a protective light when going out and dealing with negative and harsh energies. You easily pick up the energies of others. You would also benefit from receiving a healing treatment. This is a validation as well, that you are a Healer yourself.

Spent years out of balance, choosing be to the giver as a way to earn love. Then life was turned upside down by worsening spine issues & surgery forced me into the position of receiver. Only recently feeling more balanced. Also, always a shallow breather, now, considering the amazing thought that the Universe cycles similar to our inhalations & exhalations ~ motivates a desire for conscious deep breathing. 🙂 ♥
