I’ve been longing to attend a retreat, yet now realize that living alone with time/and a quiet space for meditation/prayer/reading already feels similar to a nurturing retreat. Releasing old heavy emotional experiences with my mother, or my own experience as a mother; is not complete. Therefore, today I embrace my mother’s divinity and humanness, as well as my own, and invite Mother Mary’s support in adjusting how I look at my past, so healing and freedom can be complete. ღ ♥ ღ
