Actually, the reverse is true. The more you are at peace within, the more your outer life will reflect this. Even if your logical mind cannot fathom how this is possible, true peace of mind means that you trust that God will always have a miraculous solution for each and every problem without exception. This requires believing it is true, otherwise know as faith. Faith is called for, as it is the key element in experiencing miracles. This inner peace, faith, and taking care of your physical body will give you the freedom you seek. You may be feeling trapped on some level right now. Know that freedom comes first through your state of mind, and then the outer circumstances will rearrange themselves to match your frequency. You are always free to choose again. Choose peace and serenity now.

A message spoken directly to my heart!! Prayer has been my constant companion, to guide me to safe, alternative therapies to effectively heal my spine, to better food choices to balance weight, to a safe exercise program that will not re-trigger pain issues, to regain mental/physical and emotional focus lost thru prescrip med use, & for peace and harmony to fill my being. Progress has been slow, however I’ve made great strides. Yet I still notice areas of feeling ‘trapped…or perhaps it’s just impatience. The above words “true peace of mind means you trust God will always have a miraculous solution for each & every problem” is my ultimate goal & true freedom. Believing & interacting with the Arcangels has felt a blessing to me as well. I will re-read this post several times to let the message fully soak in. Blessings ღ♥ღ
