This part of yourself may feel depressed and neglected. Take some time to nurture yourself, play, and allow yourself to receive. Love and forgive yourself and others.
Focus on only what you want to experience, not on what you don’t. Your thoughts create your reality, so choose them wisely. There are no neutral thoughts. Also, give what you want to receive. If you want to experience more love, then give more love. It is so simple in theory! Stay focused and practice.
